DESIGN FRAMES FOR US ARMY
ROLE : ART DIRECTION | DESIGN 3D | COMPOSITING
We were responsible for developing these concepts for the US Army with the goal of integrating the logo mark into the environment. To achieve this, we created a CGI environment designed to match the live-action shots, featuring the star formed by bullets.
CGI DESIGN
The live-action footage intended to showcase historical moments of war. We explored a concept where the star is formed by bullets representing various time periods. For the technical execution, we designed the environments in Cinema 4D and rendered them using Octane.
END TAG DESIGN
For the End Tag, we proposed a simplified environment while maintaining the sophisticated 3D design of the bullet-formed star. We will provide different versions tailored for each specific spot.
PROCESS | CONCEPT B
In this concept, we have positioned the star in juxtaposition with the footage, using a modern camouflage material that blends into the environment. Our intent is to communicate that the spirit of the U.S. Army is always present with its soldiers.
PROCESS | CONCEPT C
This concept involves using a 2D version of the star and transitioning the live-action footage to a black-and-white grade to evoke a sense of history. We would apply this technique to the end tags of each spot to establish a unique identity for the campaign.
