THE BATMAN | TITLE SEQUENCE
MAIN ON END FOR THE BATMAN
ROLE : ART DIRECTION | ANIMATION | COMPOSITING
We partnered with MakeMake to create the Main on End title sequence for The Batman. Our concept was to showcase the credits as if they were being filmed from inside the Bat-Signal.
DESIGN FRAMES
During the design stage, we defined a color palette consisting of dark red and black for the background and a vibrant red for the credits. These colors were selected to align with the film’s noir aesthetic.
TITLE SEQUENCE DESIGN | PROCESS
We developed a series of style frames during the pitch phase. For the final version, we improved the contrast between the credits and the background and selected a more legible typography.
STUDIO LOGOS | ANIMATION
We created the studio logo animations based on the concepts established in the end credits. To ensure a more impactful visual, we simplified the look by using a plain black background with vibrant red logos and applying light and shadow effects.
STUDIO LOGOS | PROCESS
Our goal was to achieve an anamorphic lens aesthetic. To accomplish this, we conducted practical shooting tests of the studio logos and then recreated them digitally for the final versions.
